护理学院招生简介

 

护理学院是一个以教学为主体、兼顾教研、科研的院系,承担着培养高素质、技能型专门人才的重任,下设基础护理教研室、专科护理教研室。学院有教师32人,其中副教授4人、讲师11人、助教5人,未定级12人。

2011年护理技能实训中心被云南省教育厅评为“云南省高职高专院校示范实习实训教学基地”,实训中心设备先进,价值1100余万元。2013年护理学专业获批为云南省高等职业院校提升专业产业服务能力建设项目。自2006年开始招收护理学专科生,学生参加“全国护士执业资格考试”通过率均在95%以上,毕业生获得“双证率”保持在100%。护理专业学生积极参加云南省高等学校学生护理技能大赛:2014年1人获一等奖,2人获三等奖;2015年1人以总成绩第1获一等奖,2人以总成绩第4、5获二等奖,学校以团体总分第一的成绩获优秀组织奖;2016年1人荣获一等奖。2016年云南省教育厅启动了护理高职专业评估工作,经过学校开展自评、上报材料、专家组对照评估指标体系开展定性和定量排序,省教育厅审核,16所护理专业参评院校中,我校护理专业评审星级为五星A级,排名第一。

全院上下高度重视学生就业工作,积极开拓就业市场,努力拓宽就业渠道,学生就业率达100%,就业分布在全省各地医疗行业,毕业生赢得用人单位的高度赞誉。

1、护理专业

培养目标:培养适应我国社会主义现代化建设和护理事业发展需要的德、智、体、美全面发展,具备护理专业的基本理论知识和专业技能,具有良好的职业道德、人文素养、实践能力和创新精神的高素质技能型护理专门人才。

主要课程:人体解剖与组织胚胎学、生理学、病理解剖学、病理生理学、药理学、基础护理学、健康评估、内科护理学、外科护理学、妇产科护理学、儿科护理学、中医学概论、老年护理学、急救护理学等。

毕业去向:毕业后能在各级医疗、预防、保健机构从事临床护理、社区护理和健康保健等工作。

2、老年保健与管理专业

培养目标:本专业旨在培养适应社会经济发展与建设需求的德、智、体、美全面发展,热爱社会主义老年福利事业,具有奉献精神与敬业精神,熟悉老年社会及养老产业特点,具有老年人生活照护、老年人常见病照护、老年人健康咨询、老年社会工作与心理照护、老年人疾病康复保健等服务技能以及养老机构管理的基本理论与技能、老年活动策划与组织、护理管理、营养与保健等方面综合能力,能够胜任养老保健行业的技术服务工作和基层管理工作的高素质、高技能、应用型的专门人才。

    主要课程:解剖生理学、病理学、药理学基础、社会工作概论、普通心理学、人口社会学、临床疾病概要、老年学概论、老年病学、老年心理学、老年护理学、老年突发病急救学、老年健康照护、营养与膳食、老年社会工作、管理学、实用养老机构管理、老年政策与法规、针灸推拿、老年运动保健、老年活动策划、老年用药指导、急救护理、养老服务综合实训等。

毕业去向:主要面向社会养老院、福利院、老年公寓等高级护理、护理管理、养老机构管理等工作;老年康复保健机构从事康复理疗、服务管理等工作;还有在老年人群保健产品开发研制监管等企业从事文秘、管理、业务推广、产品宣传等。

3、助产专业

培养目标:培养适应我国社会主义现代化建设和助产事业发展需要的,德智体美全面发展,具备助产专业的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,具有良好的职业道德、人文素养、实践能力和创新精神,毕业后能在各级医院、妇幼保健机构从事临床助产及母婴保健工作的高等技术应用型助产专门人才。

 主要课程:人体解剖学与组织胚胎学、生理学、病理学 、药理学、生物化学、基础护理学、健康评估、妇科护理学 、儿科护理学、内科护理学、外科护理学、产科学基础 、高级助产学、计划生育技术、母婴保健。

 毕业去向:各级各类医院、妇幼保健院的助产工作;社区医疗服务、妇产科健康保健、计划生育宣传工作;其他与本专业相关的岗位;自主创业。

 

 

A Brief Introduction to Nursing Department

Nursing faculty covers two teaching and research offices: basic nursing and specialist nursing, and 3 majors: Nursing, Healthcare and Management for the Aged and Midwifery. Among 24 staves, there are 1 professor, 4 assistant professors, 11 lecturers and 8 assistants.

With advanced facility and the cost over 11million RMB, nursing technique practice center was assessed as Demonstrative Practice Teaching Base of Yunnan Vocational College by the Education Department of Yunnan province in 2011. In 2013, the major of nursing was authorized Promoting Professional Industry Service Construction Program of Higher Vocational College in Yunnan province. In excess of 95% students passed Chinese License Examination for Nurses(CLEN), all graduates can get at least 2 qualification certificates among the qualification exams: Professional Baby Care Education(PBCE), Healthcare Massage Therapist(HMT) and Chinese License Examination for Nurses CLEN. Students positively participate in Yunnan provincial nursing technique competition and gained good results: 1 gained the first prize, 2 were the third prize in 2014; 1 gained the first prize, 2 gained the third prize in 2015; in 2016, 1 gained the first prize. The nursing major ranked the first in professional assessment by the Education Department of Yunnan province.

For its high-qualified graduates, the nursing department gained a good reputation from employments.

1.     Nursing

Objectives: Learners are required to master the basic knowledge, theory and professional skills and to be high quality skilled-oriented professional nurse with good characters of vocational ethics, humanity and abilities of practice and innovation.

Major courses: Anthropotomy and Histology and Embryology, Physiology, Pathologic Anatomy, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Basic Nursing, Health Assessment, Internal Medical Nursing, Surgical Nursing, Nursing of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics Nursing, Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nursing for the Aged, First-aid Nursing abound.

Graduates mainly work in hospitals, diseases preventive and healthcare institutions and serve as nurses.

2.     Healthcare and Management for the Aged

Objectives: With a spirit of devotion and professional dedication, learners are required to be familiar with the characteristics of the aged and pension industry, have the basic knowledge, skills and management for serving the aged: living and caring, nursing of common sicknesses, health inquiry, social work and psychological nursing, illness recovery, healthcare; the management of nursing institution for the aged, activity design and organization, nursing management, nutrition and healthcare, hence, the graduates have the ability to work on both the skill service and management in pension industry.

Major courses: Anatomical Physiology, Pathology, Basic Pharmacology, Introduction to Social Work, General Psychology, Population Sociology, Introduction to Clinic Diseases, Introduction to Gerontics, Aged Diseases, Psychology for the Aged, Nursing for the Aged, the Aged First-aid Emergency Illnesses, Healthcare Nursing for the Aged, Nutrition and Food, Social Work for the Aged, Management, Practical Management of the Aged Institution, Policies and Laws for the Aged, Acupuncture and Massage for the Aged, Sport and Healthcare for the Aged, Activity Design for the Aged, Medicine Guidance for the Aged, First-aid Nursing, Comprehensive Practice for the Aged Service and the like.

Graduates mainly work in rest homes, warfare institutions and the like for doing nursing, nursing management, rehabilitation, and the research and producing healthcare products and the corresponded occupation, i.e.: monitoring, secretary, management, business, and products’ promotion and so forth.

 

3. Midwifery

Objectives: Learners are required to master the basic theory, knowledge and skills of nursing, and to be practical professionals of midwifery with good characters of vocational ethics, humanity and abilities of practice and innovation.

Major courses: Anthropotomy and Histology and Embryology, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Basic Nursing, Health Assessment, Gynecology Nursing, Pediatrics Nursing, Internal Medical Nursing, Surgical Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Higher Midwifery, Family Planning Technology, Maternal and Infant Care and so forth.

Graduates mainly engage in midwifery nursing in hospitals and maternal and child health hospital, work in community medical service and others.
